Please note that we close today for the Christmas holidays and we re-open on Monday 4th January 2010.

The school term until Christmas is always one of the busiest times in school. Thinking back to September, it is hard to remember all of the different events which children, parents, families and staff have taken part in or helped organise. Here are some of the highlights of the school year so far from people right across the school.

On behalf of everyone at school we would like to wish you all a restful holiday, and thank you for your involvement with school over the last term. We look forward to seeing everyone refreshed and ready for a new term in January!

GOOD CITIZENSHIP AWARDS

We have had lots of excellent behaviour on the playground during lunchtimes this term, and this has meant lots of good citizenship awards!

Well done to everyone for behaving so well and setting a good example during lunchtimes.

DO YOU NEED A FRIDGE?

The school has a larder fridge in good condition measuring 60 cm (d) x 60 cm (w) x 85 cm (h) that is free to the first person who approaches the school office. Unfortunately the school is unable to transport the fridge so this will have to be organized by the new owner.

CAKE CONGRATULATIONS!

Congratulations to J. Bachelor on guessing the correct weight of the Christmas cake at the Bazaar – it was 2.2kg. Well done, and thanks to Mrs. Long for donating the cake.

GUITAR LESSONS

Please note that guitar lessons will re-start on Wednesday 13th January.

THANKS

The Lollipop Lady would like to thank everyone for her cards and presents.
